To set up email account open Outlook then click Tools , then email accounts then click add new account and enter the following

User information

Your Name :               Fred Flintstone

Email Address :        fred@zanzibar.ca

Server Information

Incoming mail server (POP3):         mail.zanzibar.ca

Outgoing mail server (SMTP):         mail.zanzibar.ca

Login information

User Name:   fred@zanzibar.ca

Password:      hannabarris
