This page is to help facilitate the exchange of constructive criticism that will help to maintain and improve the workplace relations in Zanzibar. We instituted the "Ombuds" system in most of our crews four years ago and have received positive feedback about its results. We would like to build on this success by continuing to solicit your feedback.
