Hard hats and Caulk boots are mandatory on the coast and this will be seriously enforced. Your hard hat can be no older than 4 years and be Orange Hi Vis (like in the picture). 

Climbing Helmets are not acceptable for Island Timber jobs.  

Keep up your exercise program, there always a few injuries first thing with muscles tightening up over the lay off period.
