Hard hats are mandatory for all coastal jobs and this will be seriously enforced. Your hard hat can be no older than 4 years . Climbing Helmets are acceptable as long as they meet WCB specs . Most Helmets sold at MEC meet these criteria See the health and saftey page for updates
